A: Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout, based on the dimensions and weight of your shipment, and the shipping address. To find out how much shipping will cost, please add the desired products to your cart and complete the checkout process.

A:  We will send you the tracking code of the shipment as soon as your order has been sent.

A: Your delivery information is sent to our carrier immediately after your payment is processed, so it's difficult to change this after your order has been placed. Please enter your address details carefully! If you do need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

A CPF number is the Brazilian taxpayer registry ID and it’s checked at customs for all orders shipped to Brazil. Because of shipping carrier requirements, orders going to Brazil must include the CPF number.

If your orders don’t contain the recipient's CPF number, they may be rejected by shipping carriers or be stuck at customs.
