Q: Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

A: Unfortunately, once an order has been placed and paid for, it cannot be cancelled.

Our webshop is designed to process orders quickly and efficiently, and once an order is placed, it immediately goes into our fulfillment process. Because of this, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been paid for.
